We are looking for a flexible, dedicated, and skilled cleaner to join our team who initially wants to work hourly performing recurring cleaning tasks in our properties, such as move-out cleaning, window cleaning, stair cleaning, but also lighter gardening work around our properties may occur. Work may also take place in private homes. We are looking for someone who is diligent, thorough, engaged, preferably a bit handy, service-oriented, social, and who performs your tasks in a structured and efficient manner.

We prefer that you have previous experience, but the important thing is that you have the willingness and are not afraid to jump in where needed. You speak Swedish or English, and it is important that you have good social skills and enjoy the service profession with the customer at the center.

Your tasks:

Your tasks will mainly involve cleaning services, but there may also be some simpler property maintenance such as rounds and gardening work as needed. We are a small company, and therefore everyone is flexibly inclined to their tasks.

We are a small company operating in the real estate industry with three employees. We perform both tasks in property maintenance and property technology, but our company is growing and noticing an increasing demand for services such as cleaning, window cleaning, move-out cleaning, gardening, and other service tasks. Therefore, we are looking for a person, man or woman, who with experience, competence, and engagement will become part of the team and who in the future wants to help develop and influence our operations in the service area.
